Shipping and Returns

I hand make each piece to order in my Mornington Peninsula studio - please allow up to two weeks for your pieces to be made before shipping. I carefully wrap each item and will provide you with tracking details once posted with Australia Post. Please note that once I have posted your parcel, I have no control over shipping times. 

I offer free regular shipping within Australia, and $20 worldwide. I’m happy to express post parcels within Australia for an additional $5.

In the rare event that your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please get in touch and I’ll do everything possible from my end to track it down, but ultimately I am not responsible for these circumstances. Once I hand my packages over to AusPost, I am no longer liable for them. Each package is insured for $100 - if you would like extra cover, please contact me and I’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase - if for any reason you are not, please contact me within seven days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. I will exchange or refund all items returned in perfect condition and sent with tracking, paid for by the customer.

Please note that custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
